Personal finance website WalletHub has ranked Naples as 2017's "Best Beach Town To Live In" based on six factors:  affordability, weather, safety, economy, education, health and quality of life. Six Florida cities ranked in the top 10 including Marco Island (#7.)  Fort Myers ranked #72 and Bonita Springs ranked 98th.

According to the real estate website Property Shark, Naples has three of the most expensive zip codes in the State of Florida.  34102 ranks #6 on the list, 34108 ranks #13 and 34013 ranks #15 out of a list of 50.  The company looked at all residential transactions in 2016 excluding package deals to determine the list.
