Six Florida cities ranked in the top 10 including Marco Island (#7.)  Fort Myers ranked #72 and Bonita Springs ranked 98th.

Naples Among Most Expensive Zip Codes In Florida

According to the real estate website Property Shark, Naples has three of the most expensive zip codes in the State of Florida.  34102 ranks #6 on the list, 34108 ranks #13 and 34013 ranks #15 out of a list of 50.  The company looked at all residential transactions in 2016 excluding package deals to determine the list.

Naples Golf Course Ranked #3 In Florida

Golf Digest has ranked Calusa Pines Golf Club in Naples the #3 golf course in Florida.  In January the magazine ranked Calusa Pines 96th in it's America's 100 Greatest Courses.  In addition, Naples National Golf Course ranked #19 in the State up three spots.  Both courses were designed by Michael Hurdzan and Dana Fry.

Port Royal Home Fetches Record Price For 2017

A newly-constructed waterfront estate in exclusive Port Royal has set a record for the most expense home to sell in Naples this year.  The waterfront home at 3750 Rum Row fetched $17.7 million dollars eclipsing last year's most lucrative sale, which was also in Port Royal for $15.15 million. Collier County property records show the buyers closed escrow on the home May 1st.  The home was built on spec and sits nearly an acre of land on the Southern edge of Hidden Bay overlooking Man-O-War Cove, with 170 feet of frontage on teh bay.
